Stop waiting for the right worker to find you.
Post a job free and hear from working holiday makers who are already looking. Or go the other way — search the people who have told us where they are, what they can do, and when they can start.
The problem
You have three weeks, not three months.
When the fruit is ready, or the shearing is booked, or the pub is heading into a long weekend short-staffed, hiring stops being a process and becomes a scramble.
So you post an ad and wait. You get applications from people two thousand kilometres away, people whose visa ran out in March, people who never reply to your call. Or you get nothing at all, and the ad sits there quietly failing until you take it down.
Meanwhile, many working holiday makers need regional work right now, and plenty of them need 88 days of it to stay for a second year.
What is different
Hiring here works in both directions.
Most job boards only do one thing: you post, you wait, you hope. RegionaLink does that too, and it costs you nothing.
But you can also do the opposite. Every worker on RegionaLink has a profile showing their visa subclass, where they are, what work they have done, and when they are available. You can search that, find someone who fits, and contact them directly.
Which means an empty week does not have to be spent waiting.
How it works
Four steps, and the first three are free.
Verify your business.
We check your ABN against the Australian Business Register before you can post. It takes a minute and it is what lets workers trust the listing. What this means
Post your job.
Location, dates, pay rate and what the work involves. The form will not let you post below the national minimum wage. If the postcode and type of work may count toward a worker's 88 days, your listing says so automatically.
Hear from workers.
When someone registers interest in your job, you get their contact details free. No fee, no limit, no catch.
Or go looking yourself.
Browse worker profiles and unlock the ones you want to contact. This is the part that costs, and only this part.
The honest bit
What we check, and what we do not.
We check that your ABN is registered and active. That is a real check, and it keeps out businesses that are not registered.
We are also new. RegionaLink started in 2026, so the board and the list of workers are still small. Posting is free, and with few listings on the board, yours is easy to find.
We are not a background check, a reference check, or an endorsement. We do not vet character, and we do not pretend to. What we do is make sure the business posting is a registered business, that the pay is at least the national minimum wage, and that listings which use exclusionary language get flagged for review. Your award may require more, and that is still on you.
We also will not tell a worker a job counts toward their 88 days unless the postcode and the type of work actually qualify under the Home Affairs instruments. If it does not qualify, we say nothing rather than guess.
Who it is for
Built for the work that does not wait.
If your hiring runs to a season rather than a calendar, this was built with you in mind.
Orchards and market gardens through picking season. Shearing sheds and stations. Vineyards through vintage. Packing sheds, pubs, roadhouses and caravan parks heading into a busy stretch. Fishing, tree work, mine sites and civil crews in regional towns.
